ACO (Automatic Contact Online)

The ACO or "Automatic Online Contact" for its acronym in English is an automated and intelligent user Agent Via MSN that allows customers to be autoatended. It is always online, ready to have a conversation with users to provide information on characteristics and performance of the products, answer questions, locate specific businesses, help in certain tasks, guiding them in a purchase process, simply entertain or which ever be the advertiser
proposed, these are some benefits:

- Edit the answers that the ACO will send to the different messages client send in the MSN. You can edit this in a very simple web panel online from anywhere in the world with automatic update.

- Create custom welcome message for the first message the client sends to the ACO in the chat saying  hi with the customer name or nickname automatically, in this way you provide more human sense to the ACO. It can be used offcourse as an advertisement  message

- Create a message when the client repeats the same question one after another

- Send a Nudge in response to a client's message

- Send a Nudge and then reply to a message from the client.

- Any answer can be customized with the client's nickname or name automatically

- Set a "help" message available at any time as all other messages

- Of course you can send emoticons ...

- The ACO may allows the client to leave a message to be review by a real person, to do that you can also customize a message as "Please write your message" and then something like "We have received your message and we will contact you shortly possible". You can do this from your online control panel and also review the message, the nickname or name of the person who sent the message even if the costumer have not provided.

- Automatically accept new MSN contacts

- Custom Reports by date do date of number of conversations initiated.... added contacts, use of message configured, and message not configured yet and more reports
